You and your companions must bring your National Identity Card or passport to the excursion (the one you used on your flight to Gran Canaria). If you come without documentation, you cannot do the excursion and will lose the amount paid.
Although the Ferry to Tenerife is large, please take precautions if you think that you or your companions will become seasick.
VOUCHER
This voucher confirms that you have booked the tour with TURISBEDS company.
You must carry with you the first page of the voucher on your mobile phone or printed out, since it may be required of you at any time.
CANCELATION POLICY
Reservation cancellations or changes must always be made by sending us an email.
Free cancellation up to 36 hours before the date of the tour. Last 36 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
Cancelation of groups (more than 5 people)
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the date of the tour. Last 72 hours and no-shows: loss of the quantity paid.
PICK UP POINT
The bus that will pick you up will have a card on the front with the name of the Company that does the excursion, “TURISBEDS.” Its contact information appears at the top of the voucher.
It is your responsibility as the client to locate the pick up point and call or contact OkGranCanaria or TURISBEDS if you have any questions about the indicated point of pick up. You should always be punctual, and as a general rule it is convenient to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes before the designated time.
If you arrive late or you are NOT at the designated point, you will have no right to any refund for the amounts previously paid nor any other expenses incurred.
If more than 10 minutes pass with respect to the designated time and the bus/guide does not arrive, you should call +34 928493216.
TURISBEDS reserves the right to slightly change the route due to the state of the roads or other causes of force majeure.
OkGranCanaria is an intermediary for the excursions of TURISBEDS and is exempt of all responsibility in relation to the provision of services. This means that you have contracted the excursion with TURISBEDS, not with OkGranCanaria. For any modification, cancellation, question or complaint related to the services of the excursion, you should contact TURISBEDS.
