    You must be at the departure port at least 10 minutes before the ferry leaves.

    No. Only the outbound journey needs to be booked. The return ticket remains open so you can return to the departure port at any time during the same day.

  • How long can I stay at the destination port?

    You may return at any time during the day by taking the next available Líneas Blue Bird ferry back to the port of origin.

  • How long does the journey take?

    The ferry journey between Arguineguín Harbour and Puerto de Mogán Harbour takes approximately 70 minutes.

  • Can passengers get off at intermediate ports?

    Yes, passengers may disembark at any intermediate stop along their booked route and rejoin a later ferry towards their destination.

  • Is the ferry suitable for wheelchair users?

    If the passenger has no mobility, the service must be confirmed with the company before completing the booking. Availability depends on the selected route and the vessel assigned.

    Passengers with reduced mobility who can walk at least 5 metres with staff assistance can take any route.

    Electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters are not permitted on board.

  • What does the ferry ticket include?

    The service includes only the ferry journey and the possibility to stop and visit the ports along the route to your final destination.

  • What precautions should I take during the ferry trip?

    We recommend:

  • What happens if the ferry is cancelled due to bad weather?

    If the service is cancelled due to force majeure, your booking will not be lost. You may choose to travel on another day or receive a full refund.
